I offer in-person and telehealth counseling to a variety of ages and backgrounds, including youth (7+) and adolescents, young adults, and adults. My approach is collaborative and eclectic, using evidence-based techniques primarily centered in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. My therapist style focuses on comfort, honesty, and humor, when needed. My main specialties include major life transitions/adjustments, anxiety/life stressors/trauma, emotional management and/or behavioral issues and parenting, and self-esteem. I enjoy helping others learn, create, and communicate boundaries to foster healthy self-image and relationships. My passion lies in helping others discover meaningful acceptance and workability in their lives, using their own strengths and values as a guide towards healing and thriving. I value nature, health/exercise, and adaptability; therefore, I am open to using outdoor spaces, and walk and talk therapy. Most importantly, my goal is to prepare each client to ride the waves of life!
